黄财神，藏文叫做“诺拉”，翻译成汉文叫做“财神”。藏名叫作“占巴拉色波”或“藏色”，他的色肤是黄色，故称为黄财神，是密教之护法神祇，诸财神之首,黄财神为藏地各大教派奉持的五色财神之一。该神身黄挺肚，以绸缎宝贝作装饰；头戴宝冠，花卉耳饰和项链；臂戴臂镯，足饰足镯；上身着衣下身裙，以财运之神而傲立，三目愤怒注视左前方；右手持宝珠置于胸前，左手持吐宝兽置于膝上；两足伸缩有致甚庄严。身后有光环、祥云、远山。能增长福德、寿命、智慧、物质及精神上之受用。主司财富，能使一切众生脱于贫困，财源广进。
