A James II oak dresser, the top with a moulded border above three long drawers, each with double moulded panel fronts, an engraved brass escutcheon and brass drop handles, on turned baluster legs, 209cm wide 51cm deep 60cm high Provenance: Folly Mill, Thaxted, Essex. Condition report: Good colour with a timber split to the front right edge of the top, evidence of differing handles, original elm backboard and some evidence of old worm. Small losses to the front feet.
