款识：挤奶歌，丁卯年春忠志写于长安。人代常委会副委员长王光英先生雅正。 钤印：陈忠志印（白文）（两次）古都长安（朱文） 备注：作品源于上款人家属，上款人王光英为第九届全国人大常委会副委员长。陈忠志，西安美术学院教授，中国美术家协会会员，硕士研究生导师。1935年生于广西贵港市，1956年毕业于中南美专。代表作《黄河儿女》编入全国通用小学语文课本，获第二届世界华人艺术大赛国际荣誉金奖；作品入选文化部、中国美协、中国画研究院联合主办的“百年中国画展”。
