Standing above a square plinth, wearing a dhoti with right hand in mutra, overall adorned with various jewelry, the face serene with gentle smile and elongated eyes surmounted by a foliate diadem and conical headdress, the earlobe and hand palm decorated with red gem. 濕婆神是印度教三大主神中的毀滅之神，在此處的破壞並非負面之意，而是創造－保護－毀滅，事物由生至滅的自然迴圈。濕婆也是舞蹈之神，當他跳毀滅之舞時，也同時是創造之舞，世界為之毀滅然後再生。此像頭戴髮冠，濕婆左右手執三叉戟，下面的右手略垂，作與願印，左手緊握，向其供奉者賜予平安。雙腳呈立式，腳踏束腰蓮座。
