The large jade carved disc is of circular shape, center hollow, surface carved with raised bump patterns, the jade is of brownish-celadon color tone with slight russet.|Han Dynasty period.||Diameter: 7 1/2 in (19.1 cm)|漢 青玉蒲紋玉璧|玉璧體扁平，正圓形，此壁表面為典型蒲紋，製作規整。整體沁色自然，局部有明顯鈣化痕跡，且滲入玉理。陰線底槽特別光亮，比表面的紋飾的反光還要亮，這是鑒定古玉壁真偽的一個重要依據。內外邊棱皆較陡立，撫之有扎手感，真品特徵明顯，為漢代玉器中經典之作，存世不多。
