A double pin and visor catch. Marked 750, Italian official national mark 1968 to present, for Rome. 77 x 40mm, 22.17g Condition report: One diamond deficient. Slightly tarnished. The rhodium plating to the diamond set areas has covered the back of the setting plates in these areas. Light surface marks commensurate with its age.
