款识：思庵仁兄大人两正之，丁未五月，弟邵洵美。 钤印：洵美 邵洵美，祖籍浙江余姚。新月派诗人、散文家、出版家、翻译家。曾入英国剑桥大学攻读英国文学。1930年11月“国际笔会中国分会”成立，当选为理事，并任会计。晚年从事外国文学翻译工作，译有马克·吐温、雪莱、泰戈尔等人的作品。其诗集有《天堂与五月》、《花一般的罪恶》。
