款识：纤|附作者收藏证书||扳指本是射箭时戴于拇指用以保护的工具，后逐渐脱离实用，成为贵族佩带的饰品。满族人最早的扳指是鹿骨制成，戴在右手拇指上，拉弓射箭可防止箭擦伤手指，到后来渐有玉石和金银等贵重材料制成的扳指，象征权势地位。||此对扳指则由同块和田玉籽料雕就，洒金皮色尤为自然亮丽，玉质润泽，油性佳美。作者在扳指上阴刻博古纹，更增古朴意蕴。||葛洪：中国玉石雕刻大师
