|清拓||摘要：该碑立于曹魏黄初元年（220年），出土于河南临颖。|体势宽博，篆法规范，用笔沉厚圆和，气象浑穆。有传梁鹄书，有传钟繇书，有传梁书而钟刻。|现存曹魏碑极少，曹魏继承东汉遗风，“书家多以篆、隶显贤与能，碑刻上的书迹，还是篆书、隶书主盟……不论是书法家的精巧之作，还是出于下层写手的笔下，书写的体势，不是篆书即是隶书，无一例外，约定俗成的习惯势力在发挥作用”。
