龚望（1914-2001），字作家、迂公，号沙曲散人，天津市人。学识渊博，于经史、金石、诗词、训诂多有研究，嗜文物，精鉴赏。擅长书法，诸体皆能，尤精于于隶书。著名的书法家、文物收藏鉴赏家，更是天津佛教界一位知名的居士。曾任中国书法家协会天津分会副主席，中国书协会员，天津市佛教协会名誉会长，天津居士林林长，天津李叔同研究会顾问。
