Ø50mm, ca. 55g, 18K gold, case only 5.5mm thin, integrated hinge, No.23647, case punch CP for Cartier Paris, ultra-flat precision lever movement, signed, engine-turned dial, original half hunting case hands, in working order, case with small dents, exceptionally rare in the half hunting case watch version. The aim was to produce an ultra-flat pocket watch, which corresponded to the taste of the time. Therefore, almost all 'Montre Couteau' were made as open dress watches and then had a thickness of ca. 4mm. Only a few examples are known today as half hunting case watches.
