此尊双身金刚的随身佛。虽然尺寸不大，但气势非凡，于小尺寸上细腻的雕工，更显匠人技艺。藏传佛教中的双身佛像，男身代表慈悲，女身代表智慧，双身代表智悲双运。一如这一件忿怒相双身佛。主尊及明妃均呈三面六臂的形象。主尊呈愤怒相，戴骷髅冠，红发如火焰状上扬。各面具三目，粗眉倒立，三目圆睁，呲嘴獠牙，极为怖畏。呈左展右曲立姿，明妃单足站立左腿盘主尊腰部。主尊与明妃各六臂分持不同法器或结印。下承单层覆莲座，莲瓣比较特别，具有略厚的方头，瓣尖略翘，上下缘均饰一圈细密的连珠纹。此尊保留原封底，更为殊盛。
