手串，或称念珠，亦称佛珠，为诵经念咒时计数之用。此品取材沉香，琢珠18颗，珠体圆润，间有翡翠隔珠两颗，其下结珠与翡翠佛头相连。佛头后穿珍珠，再接翡翠牌，牌上浮雕荷花荷叶，莲花菡萏，新嫩犹香，叶边微卷，筋脉宛然。结牌下连粉色碧玺坠角两个，坠角上方穿珍珠及珊瑚米珠，配色清丽，雅致离俗。沉香有明目清心，去烦燥之功效。夏日佩戴沉香，可防暑去燥。故而颇为难得。
