钤印：郑昹、午昌款识：少泉先生爱松，有吾家处士风。旁拓筑室曰听松居。既倩大千画？并嘱为之图。郑午昌。 郑午昌（1894-1952），名昶，号弱龛、丝鬓散人，以字行，斋名鹿胎仙馆；浙江嵊县人。擅山水、花卉，尤长画柳树、白菜。亦善诗词、书法。精画学理论。曾任中华书局美术部主任，杭州艺术专科学校、上海美术专科学校及新华艺术专科学校教授。与画友汤定之、张善孖、符铁年、谢公展、王师子、谢玉岑（谢逝世后由王启之补）、张大千、陆丹林等，结为九社。
