款识：丙寅长至前一日写新篁坡石，昌世。 钤印：昌世之印 鉴藏印：墨林父、项叔子、项墨林印 简介：归昌世，字文休，号假庵，昆山人，移居常熟。明末诗人、书画家、篆刻家，散文大家归有光嫡孙，归庄之父。明诸生，早慧过人，十岁能诗文，书宗晋唐，亦善书画，尤擅草书，丹青法倪黄，山水萧散疏淡；兰竹脱透空灵，妙趣横溢，意在青藤、白阳之间、兼工篆刻。 项墨林（1525-1590），原名项元汴，字子京，号墨林，别号墨林山人、墨林居士、密庵主人、退密斋主人、鸳鸯湖长，浙江嘉兴人。明国子生，为项忠后裔，明代著名收藏家、鉴赏家。
