Large yellow gold heart pendant, 585/000, with diamond and sapphire. Pendant in the shape of a heart with a fully pavé edge set with diamonds. At the top of the heart is a V-shape set with 7 square faceted sapphires. In the center of the pendant is a glass heart set with 4 yellow gold setting cases with 4 swinging diamonds. Between the heart and the pendant eye is a round setting case with a large brilliant cut diamond, approx. 0.25 ct. In the pendant eye are 2 square cut sapphires with a border with 4 brilliant cut diamonds on both sides. Size 43x31 mm. approx. 22.8 grams. In very good condition"
