|古代行斋戒礼时所置示警牌。明洪武五年（1372）令诸衙门各制作木斋戒牌，刻文于上，文为“国有常定，神有鉴焉”。后斋戒牌多刻有“斋戒”二字。清沿明制，凡大祀、中祀皇帝致祭，事前应斋戒，由太常寺进斋戒牌。此斋戒牌形制周正，四周镂空，中间减地浮雕“斋戒”二字。整器受沁明显，雕工质朴。
