素面，敞口，浅斗笠形，矮圈足修削工整。通体施青釉，釉水极润泽，盏形隽秀可人。 北宋时期耀州窑盏胎体多为薄胎，至金代胎体变厚。薄胎浅腹形多见于红耀州、黑耀州等稀少釉色品种中，普遍价值高昂，在青釉中非常少见，成对者更加难得。此盏造型简练，符合宋人简约清雅的生活美学。日本茶道家族旧藏
