After Bruegel the Elder, oil on panel, Snowy Landscape, bearing signature, 71cm x 94cm, in gilt frameCondition report: The work appears to be painted on board, the backing a rather heavy duty wooden arrangement of panels. The signature is indecipherable and bears a date of 1762. The varnish is overall yellowed but the picture itself is in good condition. Vario losses to the gilt paint on the frame. Provenance: originally from the estate of the late Peter & Georgette Collins of Stanley Studios, Chelsea.
