手卷。經黄紙。此品首全，清人舊裱手卷狀。紙張入潢砑光，質地細潔薄韌，為標準盛唐時期寫經用紙，烏絲欄濃淡相宜，墨字玲瓏珠嵌其中，靜謐端莊。此外此品抄錄為《金剛經》，此經為佛教流傳最廣、教化最多之佛典之一，三論、天臺、賢首、唯識各宗都有注疏，特別受到慧能以後的禪宗重視。全卷書風雄勁，骨力蒼健，大氣磅礴，為唐人寫經中之精品，頗可比肩同時代書法大家，實乃銘心之品，殊可寶藏。
