H 6.5 cm.
Unidentified model decorated with finely painted depictions of birds in raised octagonal reserves. The decorative element named in the files of the Berlin manufactory as the so-called "Viennese border", which is partly used on this cup, seems, according to Samuel Wittwer, to have been devised by the porcelain painter Jean Ernest Clauce after a study trip he undertook on behalf of KPM in order to find inspiration among the competing manufactories and to be able to continue to meet the contemporary taste of the early 19th century.品相: Localised wear to the gilt interior, no saucer.
