Signed lower left: Günther.Nmbg / Brlin Otto Günther-Naumburg studied painting at the Berlin Art Academy and later joined the Berlin Artists Association. He specialized in landscapes and cityscapes and received major public commissions for them, such as for the Berlin House of Representatives. His works somewhat reflect the tendencies of Impressionism with its interest in light effects.
