此炉宽口沿，束颈，圆腹，下呈圈足。通体以青花为饰，绘麻姑献寿纹，麻姑献寿纹饰多绘于清康熙朝，清代一直流行。图案为麻姑仙女捧寿桃。麻姑，神话中的仙女。相传她能掷米成珠。三月三西王母寿辰，她在绛珠河畔以灵芝酿酒，为王母祝寿。旧时多以麻姑献寿图器物为女辈祝寿礼品。器物胎体施豆青釉，釉色莹润，玉质感强，用青花绘人物纹饰，人物线条优美，神态美如冠玉、冰清玉洁、粉白黛黑、栩栩如生，甚是难得，是为一件珍品。
