此玉瓶直口，长颈，颈两侧对称饰贴竖直管状耳，圈足，造型稳重古朴。主题纹饰为缠枝莲纹，口沿及底足饰有蕉叶纹，整器有乾隆仿古意蕴。贯耳瓶是古代工匠烧制的瓷瓶之一。贯耳瓶在哥窑、官窑、龙泉窑等多有烧制，清代亦有仿制。存世贯耳瓶多为瓷器，以玉为材制作贯耳瓶，较为少见。
