青白玉质，局部有沁，雕作一玉璧。玉璧一面高浮雕狮纹及朵云纹。狮子位于下方，呈回首奔跑姿势，双眼突出，鬃毛茂盛，整体写实刻画。上方浮雕朵云纹，与下方狮子相对应。玉璧背面光素无纹，打磨平整。 古代有一类博古玉璧，常在玉璧一面浮雕瑞兽纹，特别以螭龙纹居多，另面琢谷纹或蒲纹。此玉璧的制式即属于这一类，但狮子、云朵的纹饰组合却极为少见，值得探究。另外，玉璧以高浮雕技法琢刻纹饰，给原本平面化的玉璧增加了极强的立体感，这在同类作品中也是极为特殊的。
