Rare 14/15thC Sri Lankan Buddha. Originally one of a a set of 8 that were unearthed near 1900 by the previous owners grandfather, while working on a road project for the colonial gov't. I was able to purchase 7, and currently have five of them. This piece measures 2 3/8" tall and 3.25" tall on its custom base.
