玉环以白玉制成，形制小巧，双面工。工匠在内外边缘各一阴线，并碾琢出内外边廓，璧面布满谷纹，刻度较深，碾琢有力，具有战汉玉饰特征。玉环受沁明显，局部已形成深沉的红沁，整体呈色古朴。此玉环较为厚实，非薄片状，且种、沁俱佳，实为早期玉环精品。玉环最早出现于新石器时代晚期，是礼天之物，随着时代发展，逐渐体量变小，适合于日常佩戴，与玉璜、串珠一并成为装饰玉器。清代由上古时代所流传的玉环，体量较小者恰好便于系挂，可作为腰间配饰，日常把玩。此玉环小巧精雅，非常适合随身佩戴。
