款识：济诚仁兄大雅属。孝胥。||钤印：郑孝胥印、苏戡 |释文：会孝顺皇帝西巡。以椽史召见。帝嘉其忠臣之苗。器其玙璠之质。诏拜郎中。迁常山长史。换犍为府丞。君虽诎而就之，以顺时政。非其好也。||说明：|1、此作品为文物商店旧藏。 2、上款人“济诚仁兄”应为汪济诚（1918-1996），号一愚，安溪县霞春乡人。著名书画家、诗人，社会活动家。 3、此作品原为周昭京旧藏。||郑孝胥（1860-1938），字苏戡，一字太夷，号海藏。福建福州人，著名政治家，诗人、书法家，清光绪八年（1882年）举人。善楷书，取径欧阳询及苏轼，得力于北魏碑。所作苍劲朴茂。为诗坛“同光体”倡导者之一。
