冯桂林(1902—1946年)，师承名师范承甫，宜兴周铁镇人，1918年迁居宜兴蜀山北厂。紫砂艺人。擅长松竹梅题材及仿真自然塑器。其制品或圆或方，或长或短，或高或矮，或规则或不规则，皆精致细腻，深沉肃穆，给人以“千奇万状信手出，鬼斧神工难类同”之感。冯桂林一生创制紫砂花货甚多，仅新品种类就达二百余种，以手法新颖、风格、构思奇妙著称于世，为紫砂历史上不可多得的名匠艺师之一。
