作者介绍：叶文澜（？-1888）,字德水,号清渠，清代同安县厦门人。少弃学，游海外，通南洋各岛语言。同治初年，台湾戴潮春起义，他护粮饷兼护堞有功，赏戴蓝翎。与厦门历史名人叶德水是同一人。
上款简介：夏献纶，男，字筱涛，江西新建人，监生。1879年病殁于任。着《台湾舆图》。
