释文：其昌谓：吾学书，在十七岁时，初师颜平原《多宝塔》，后改学
永兴，以为唐书不如晋魏，乃仿黄庭经及元常诸帖，三年，自谓
逼古，不复以文徵仲、祝希哲置之眼角。实于书家之神理尚
未有入处，徒守格辙而。比游嘉兴，得尽睹项子京家藏真迹，又
见右军《官奴帖》于金陵，乃悟从前皆妄，自此始有小得。今将廿余年，
中学元常，晚乃入北海。徐文长曰，赵书非媚女子也，责其古服劲装可乎？
其犹作随波逐浪书家。翰墨小道，其难如此。赵文敏初师思陵，
然松雪笔，无毫俗气，非其胸次使然耶？
