An early Emden silver brandy bowl Lobed vessel with scroll handles on an oval base. H 11.5; W 25.2; D 14.1 cm, weight 270 g. Marks of Jan Hyndricks van Ryckenga, 1664 or 1688. Provenance Premsela & Hamburger art dealership, Amsterdam, 1979. Frühe Emder Branntweinschale Silber. Auf ovalem eingezogenem Fuß achtfach gebuckelte Schale mit Volutenhenkeln. Marken: BZ Emden mit Jahresbuchstabe N für 1664 oder 1688, MZ Jan Hyndrycks van Ryckenga (1660 - 1697, Scheffler Niedersachsen Nr. 626, Arians Nr. 540). H 11,5; B 25,2; T 14,1 cm, Gewicht 270 g.
