形似葫芦的瓶式，自唐以来便有烧制，遂成为传统器形，名与“福禄”谐音。本品小口，短颈，瓶体由两截粘合而成。宋元时期，龙泉窑、景德镇窑均有生产。及至明代嘉靖、万历时，因皇帝崇信道教，此器尤为盛行并多有变化。除传统器形外，本品之上圆下方式，乃蕴含天圆地方之意。此瓶通身以青花装饰，发色蓝色沉稳淡雅。瓶口以回文缠绕，瓶体以缠绕卷曲纹装饰，以百寿不同字体绘于瓶身卷曲纹之上，并有圆形开光，开光之内书寿字松树，下半部同上。
