说明：藏传佛教认为他是是莲华部主阿弥陀佛的变化身，或由观音所化现，是胎藏界观音院的主尊，为六观音之一，畜生道的教主，其形相有多种。主尊三面六臂，全身红色，三目圆睁，獠牙外露，发须皆红黄上竖，头顶上有三色马首。身披人皮、象皮、虎皮，悬挂白色骷髅、湿人头璎珞。四手执嘎巴拉碗、短剑、罥索、钺刀等各类法器，二手拥抱明妃，双脚右曲左伸。唐卡顶端的噶举派祖师也表明了他的所属教派。本唐卡设色浓郁，保存情况极佳，神格特殊少见使得其具有极高的文物与收藏价值。
