Description A pair of substantial, rare, Victorian, probably dating to the 1870s, barrel back library armchairs in cream calico standing on square section mahogany legs and ending in brass castors. These chairs have juste back from beingpletely re-upholstered, the frames are solid, the seats have been hand sprung, stuffed and stitched, the arms stuffed, stitched and with fluted backs - all done in the traditional way.
