【款识】壬午首夏仿宋人法云间张守成。 【钤印】张守成印（白文）、子靖（朱文） 【作者简介】张守成，简名成，幼名竞新，字子靖。画室名有：语溪草堂、天平楼、灵寿花馆等。上海市人， 1936年毕业于上海民立中学，继入上海美术专科学校西画系，旋转学国画。1938年师从吴湖帆，为入室弟子。1953年任上海国画工作者互助组大组长，1966年任上海中国画院画师兼创作秘书，后专任画师，为中国美术家协会上海分会会员。1982年定居美国纽约。
