张仃（1917－2010）号它山，中国辽宁黑山人，现代中国艺术家、教育家、清华大学教授、原中央工艺美术学院院长，中国人民政治协商会议会徽的设计者，中华人民共和国国徽设计提议者之一。1950年中华人民共和国国徽甄选阶段，带领中央美术学院设计组设计组提出了与政协会徽类似的国徽图案以及由红星、麦穗和天安门组成的国徽图案。
