寇朝辉：字中天。1974年生于河北固安，1999年在固安和北京设立中天金石书画工作室，师从娄师白，赵准旺，戴奇，莫晓松，陈葆棣等名家。多年来传承齐派篆刻书画，成为娄师白入室弟子，齐白石再传弟子。寇中天现为中国工笔画协会会员、河北美协会员、齐派篆刻传承人，出版《清闲百味》《狮法自然》《中国篆刻百家寇中天卷》等作品集。2017年在河北固安创建寇中天篆刻艺术馆。历经多年努力学习，寇中天在金石书画领域取得了一定的艺术成就，其篆刻书画作品备受关注广为收藏。
