朱銘（1938年－），本名朱川泰，苗栗縣通霄鎮人，台灣雕刻家，天主教輔仁大學名譽博士。早期以鄉土主題，如「牛」、「牧童」等雕刻出名，近期則以融合了中國哲學如「太極」等的現代雕刻，其作品融合傳統木雕與現代雕塑的精神，表現中深藏東方之精神性，逐漸發展出超越兩者的獨特風格，近年則多元利用陶土、海綿、銅、不鏽鋼、保利龍等新媒材的作品嘗試，成台灣當代美術界的代表藝術家之一。
