茶叶末釉，是铁结晶釉的重要品种之一，为铁、镁与硅酸化合产生的结晶，釉色黄绿相杂，似茶叶细末之色，
故而得名。唐英《陶成记事碑记》中载，清代茶叶末釉形成于雍乾之际，亦称“厂官釉”。
此件拍品通体满施茶叶末釉，造型别致，可爱俊逸，色泽苍雅静穆，光泽厚润柔和，古趣盎然。细观本品治艺
精良，庸匠难以望其项背，若置于案前亦足以怡情悦性，可解思古之幽情，甚为妙哉。此洗原配老红木底座。
