罗聘，清代画家，“扬州八怪”之一。字遯夫，号两峰，又号金牛山人、衣云道人等，夙耽于禅，尝梦入一寺院，名花之寺，仿佛前身即其中住持，遂称花之寺僧。歙州（今安徽歙县）人，后迁居扬州。工诗善画，为金冬心得意门生，尝从师游楚、越、齐、豫、燕、赵等地，故胸襟开阔，眼界宏远，所画墨梅、兰竹，道释人物，山水花卉、无不臻妙。
