说明：上款人邹尚熊是商务印书馆元老之一。 提要：商务印书馆同一来源。
作者简介：张元济（1867－1959），字筱斋，号菊生，浙江海盐人。中国近现代出版家、教育家、爱国实业家、版本目录学家、藏书家。张元济一生为中国文化出版事业的发展作出了卓越的贡献。在他主持商务印书馆时期，商务印书馆从一个印书作坊发展成为中国近代史上最具影响力的出版企业，成为晚清以来，普及、传播新知新学的文化重镇。
