Victor Gramophone, Model IV (Model 4), with beautiful original mahogany horn. The Victor 4 has a classical design with a cabinet made of fine imported solid mahogany and the finish parts are nickel plated brass. It was originally sold from 1905 – 1908. The original mahogany spear tip horn is hand fabricated in the US using three layers of fine imported mahogany veneer. The Victor trademark, Nipper the dog, is clearly visible on the front of the gramophone (identification plate). With a 10 inch turntable and powered by a double spring hand crank motor, it can play several records on one winding. The Gramophone is also known by the corporate name, The Victor Talking Machine Co. Includes records and needles. Made in New Jersey, USA at the Victor Talking Machine Factory. . Cabinet is 14“ wide, 14” deep, Horn is 26” long, and 22” wide at its maximum point.
