Large Chinese 16 Century Ming Dynasty Longquan Celadon Porcelain Censer on 3 feet with a basket weave design of clouds in a diaper pattern, the base left unglazed; with old custom hardwood cover carved with 3 Ruyi heads and 3 animal head carved legs on a round hardwood stand. Mostly good condition with a short horizontal hairline in body and 2 small hairlines to base, a small glaze flake to mouth, age related wear to glaze, with a 3 point kiln crack to inside base not all through to bottom and few small kiln lines near the feet all from the original firing; hardwood cover ovoid from shrinkage, hardwood stand with small damages. Height of porcelain 7 inches (17.5 cm.) X diameter at mouth 10 inches (25.4 cm.).
