铜 旧金山亚洲艺术美术馆藏商晚期:涡纹浅腹白陶豆与北京故宫的藏品是一对 此铜盘其形仿青铜豆，造型敦厚，制作精细，装饰精美，古朴大方。整器铜质呈现黑色，极显古旧之貌，颇为别致。上有铭文：“嘉靖庚寅年丙戊进士知吴江县事长垣刑第置造 窃者天铢”此类带有明确纪年的明代仿古铜器，殊为罕见，堪称精品。青铜豆最早出现在商代晚期，盛行于春秋战国时期。《礼记·礼器》一书中记载：“礼有以多为贵者，天子之豆二十有六；诸公十有六；诸侯十有二；上大夫八；下大夫六”。陶器出现后，祭祀用品也逐渐从青铜器转为陶器，到了明清时期祭祀用品大都以瓷器为主，而青铜礼器只有在皇家祭祀或是大型活时才使用。此件仿古铜器很可能也是明代复古之风盛行后，用作祭祀礼器使用来铸造的。
