铜 准提佛母的造像是菩萨因应众生求法的不同缘起，而示现不同的形象。此尊四面十四臂，主臂于胸前合掌，其余各臂分持不同法器，表示消灾、去惑、增福、延命、超脱轮回、往生净土等愿。本尊造像以精铜铸造，佛母面相圆润，眉眼修长，眼睑低垂，鼻高小嘴，唇为上扬带笑，慈悲祥和中带有庄严。头戴宝冠，宝冠上浮雕纹饰，肩搭天衣披帛，袒露胸部，下着长裙，裙襬自然铺散于莲座上，双脚结跏趺端坐，莲瓣宽扁，层次鲜明。整尊造像结构匀称，造型端庄大方。衣襬的流畅自然，品项极佳。
