此尊地藏菩萨像全跏趺坐，面容丰满慈祥，额宽颐丰，眼睑低垂，目光下敛，双目似未开敷之莲瓣，俯视芸芸众生，双耳耳珰下端垂至肩头，顶束发髻，头戴七叶化佛宝冠，代表他在佛前发下誓愿，在释迦佛入灭以后，弥勒未生之前，肩负救度六道众生的重大使命，菩萨左手于脐前结禅定印持摩尼宝珠，宝珠乃是戒、定以及智慧所凝结而成的宝物，右手则结说法印，身披双领下垂式通肩大衣，胸前配饰连珠璎珞，衣纹采用内地的写实技法，折迭曲复，此尊造像工艺细腻，是此类造像中的上乘之作。
