仿商周青铜簋，精铜为材，侈口束颈，垂腹兽耳，弦纹高圈足。器腹饰饕餮纹，古雅静谧，充满神秘和威严，表达是先民对神灵和祖先的敬畏。从该器的规格来看，应是礼器，不是平常厅堂、书房所用的熏香之器，当为寺院、宗庙、祠堂供奉的列簋之一。簋是西周时期存放量榖之器，用作祭祀礼仪，象征等级地位，自宋明以来历朝历代皆有仿制，以传承祭祀礼制，恢弘华夏文明。本器内铸吉金文字。
