此炉造型仿商周青铜鼎，炉为方唇口，其上立双耳。束颈，垂鼓腹，下承三柱足，造型轩昂沉稳。通体错金纹饰，口沿及双耳作连续云雷纹，腹身以兽面纹为主题，布局繁而不乱，大气规整。三腿外侧作蕉叶纹。错金与古铜色光泽交错生辉，金色的富贵之气与古铜的深沉肃穆相得益彰，于朴实之中显华丽。此器胎体沉稳，用料厚实，金丝金片与铜胎严丝合缝，技法精湛，为难得一见的仿古精品。
