此套铜鎏金佛塔均由台座，塔基座，塔身及塔刹四部分组成。台座为方形须弥座。塔基座四塔形态各异，独具特色。覆钵形塔身，饰莲花纹和如意云头纹，正中开莲瓣式门，形如佛龛。塔身之上十三级无相轮下宽上敛。塔刹顶端为伞盖，上有日月吉祥宝珠。整组佛塔制作精良，沉稳庄严。
